You Don't have to like Workout. You just have to get it Done!

I get a lot of messages saying "Mam... You are so lucky you like workout.

I don't like workout!

How can I lose weight without exercising" 😣

It reminded me of the time when I used to think the same when I saw post workout pictures of other people and said to myself "I wish I loved exercising like them"😒

Until one day I realised that... "You Don't have to like Workout. You just have to get it Done"🎯

I was never an active person.

I never participated in sports or any outdoor activity🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️⛹️🏻‍♀️

I used to hate Exercising and I still do but now I realise the benefit of 80% Nutrition🥦 & 20% Fitness🤸🏻‍♂️

They are incomplete without each other.

I focus on the happy hormones 😄 I feel after the exercise, I love how accomplished I feeI💪🏻 I love the way my clothes fit👗 I love the post workout glow 😌 and the energy that keeps me active throughout the day😃

If you Focus on the Rewards, taking the effort becomes easier 😅

In fact I have been through 10 different surgeries & injuries.

Some of my muscles overcompensate for other weak muscles leaving me with discomfort and soreness 😖

I go for regular physiotherapy to manage the pain and discomfort.

We all have challenges.

We might not have same challenges 🚧 Some have physical or personal challenge, others have financial or relationship challenge.

The intensity📊 of every challenge is different but the intention of every challenge is the same..

To make you your Better version 💁🏻‍♀️ So Stop wishing it was easier...

Just get to work and start getting better...

Your Will power is highest in the morning so plan your workout in the morning, have a buddy to wake you up so even after you snooze your alarm, you'll have someone to wake you up, plan your meals & water intake, sleep for 7 hours between 10pm to 5pm & for better recovery.
